DPF CLEANING

✅️ we offer both an on vehicle & off vehicle DPF cleaning service.
On vehicle DPF cleaning targets soot blockages - this is ideal when there has been a fault which has caused the DPF to become blocked or where frequent short/ start stop journeys hasn't allowed a regeneration to complete. It is carried out without having to remove the DPF. A high pressure 2 stage chemical clean is carried out in situ, clearing soot and allowing the DPF to continue as before.
Off car cleaning is required to remove ash build up - as the DPF ages (typically around 120k miles plus) it will begin to fill with ash. Ash builds up inside the DPF from regeneration where soot is burnt away and over time reduces the amount of space inside the DPF where soot can be stored, meaning more frequent regeneration, DPF light illuminated more often, oil dilution and in some cases could cause the vehicle to go into "LIMP home mode"
Off vehicle DPF cleaning allows for the ash build up to be removed on our specialist DPF cleaning machine, it will remove both soot and ash, restoring the DPF to like new condition.
Off vehicle cleaning is also required where a DPF is saturated with oil in the event of turbo failure etc.

🟢Fuel injection system cleaning is available for both Petrol & Diesel engines - the Injector max machine is connected to the cars fuel supply and the car is then run on a specialist cleaning chemical, removing carbon deposits, tars, gums and varnishes that have built up over time in the fuel injectors and restoring Injector spray pattern. As the cleaning solution combusts it then cleans the engines internals and exhaust system.
🟢Air intake & EGR carbon cleaning is also available for diesel engines. This involves injecting a cleaning solution into the engine which breaks down carbon deposits in the intake tract and EGR system. Helping to maintain a clean and efficient egr valve so that it doesn't fail and cause future issues!
