Our cleaning service is done with the DPF in place meaning lower labour costs and less time off the road. This also allows us to monitor diagnostic data before and during the clean. 

We always carry out a DPF assessment before going ahead with the clean to ensure that the clean is needed, quite often it's not and the issue is due to something else. Should this be the case on your vehicle then all you'll need to pay is the assessment fee.

FAQs

Q: How long does it take? 

A: Depending on the vehicle a DPF clean typically takes around 2 hours to complete.

Q: I travel lots of short journeys and my DPF light has come on, do I need the clean? 

A: It's important that the vehicle travels long enough journeys in order to allow the DPF to regenerate on its own. Some cars bring on the light to inform you the vehicle needs to be driven at the recommended RPM/time for this to take place - usually above 2k RPM for around 20 minutes.
